He revealed he’s completely switched up his diet and exercise plan.

He now wakes up at 6 AM each morning to work out.

He’s also stopped drinking alcohol on weekdays.

In addition, he has cut most carbs and meat out of his diet.

He also practices intermittent fasting and doesn’t eat until noon.

He said he was worried it would make him “sluggish” but his energy has increased.

“I'm in better shape now than I was when I was 30,” he told the publication.

“I don’t want to die young,” he added. “I want to be around for my kids.”
