The Witcher season 3 is not coming in November 2022

There are a lot of changes to come in the seasons ahead, but our focus is on The Witcher season 3 right now. When will the season arrive on Netflix?

By now, you’ve all heard the disappointing news. The Witcher season 3 is the final season with Henry Cavill in the lead role. He is passing on the mantel to Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, and we’re not sure what to make of that. We’re really not sure how to feel about it.

Instead of worrying about what’s to come in The Witcher season 4, we’re focusing on the third season. That season is not going to arrive in November 2022. We double-checked the list of releases just in case.

When will The Witcher season 3 come to Netflix?

We knew November wasn’t a possibility. Netflix has told us a season to expect the return of the series. We know The Witcher season 3 will arrive in summer 2023. At least we don’t need to wait until next winter!

There is something to look forward to at the end of this year, though. The prequel series, The Witcher: Blood Origin, is going to arrive in December. That is certainly going to be something to keep an eye on, but it doesn’t change the wish for the OG series.

The Witcher season 3 is going to be Cavill’s last season. We’re still waiting to see how the show is going to write in a change of face. We’re also not sure if Hemsworth will turn up at the very end of the season or if we’ll just have to deal with a sudden change at the start of season 4. The cast change is the biggest news at the moment. It’s going to take some time to get a little bit about season 3 that doesn’t involve this change considering how major the news is for the show.

The Witcher is available to stream on Netflix.
