The group stage of the Champions League has begun! This year’s group stage has eleven players that are eligible for the USMNT. MLS and USL square off in the U.S. Open Cup final this week as well! Let’s get started!

Tuesday

  • Dinamo Zagreb v Chelsea, 12:45p on Paramount+, TUDN, UniMás, fuboTV (free trial): Chelsea’s Champions League campaign begins with a trip to the Croatian capital against Christian Pulisic’s team.
  • Borussia Dortmund v København, 12:45p on Paramount+: Dortmund’s UCL home opener pits them against the reigning Danish champions. Gio Reyna.
  • RB Salzburg v AC Milan, 3p on Paramount+: Sergio Dest may make his Milan debut in the Champions League away in Austria.
  • Celtic v Real Madrid, 3p on Paramount+: As Celtic hosts, the current champions Real Madrid, Cameron Carter-Vickers will experience one of the most difficult tests of his career.
  • Benfica v Maccabi Haifa, 3p on Paramount+: Josh Cohen, the host goalie for the Portuguese powerhouse Benfica, and the Israeli champions Haifa might both make their Benfica debuts.

PSG v Juventus, 3p ono Paramount+: Juve and Weston McKennie will go on Messi, Neymar, Mbappé, and PSG at Parc des Princes.

  • Ajax v Rangers, 12:45p on Paramount+: James Sands and Malik Tillman were instrumental in getting Rangers into the Champions League, and they’ll have a big impact when the Scottish team plays Ajax in Amsterdam.
  • Orlando City v Sacramento Republic, 8p on ESPN+ (free trial): Even without any significant USMNT players, the U.S. Open Cup final is usually a spectacle. To cap off their incredible run, Sacramento of the USL Championship will try to defeat the Lions in Orlando.

  • Union Berlin v Union St. Gilloise, 12:45p on Paramount+: A muscular issue kept Jordan Pefok out of Berlin’s 1-1 tie with Bayern over the weekend. Peek and Berlin face Belgian competition to open the Europa League at home.
