One of the most important rappers in the history of hip-hop is still 50 Cent. This weekend marks the final day of his lucrative contract with STARZ, and he doesn’t seem to have any plans to renew it.
The Queens, New York superstar boasted about his 25 television productions on Instagram on Friday. He also seems committed to using his talents outside of the STARZ empire he had built.
The rap icon uploaded a photo with some cash and a fantastic remark. Of course, 50 Cent always has a paper on hand to flex as necessary.

I won Hustler of the Year, shout out to BET. No one from the music scene has achieved success in the television industry. I now have 25 series, and I have landed several significant TV-unrelated partnerships. Tomorrow is my last day working for STARZ.
However, it looks like the caption has already disclosed who will get the Hustler of the Year honor at the upcoming 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards. The Power mogul is nominated in the category along with Cardi B, DJ Khaled, Drake, JAY-Z, Kanye West, and Megan The Stallion. It’s unclear if 50 received a victory tip or merely believes he will win.
The rapper seems to be growing his line of enterprises in the meanwhile. According to Josh Gerben, a trademark lawyer, 50 has submitted many trademark applications for “Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson” through his NYC Vibe, LLC. For the most recent information, check out Thirsty.
